Avainturva covers the costs related to door openings and the replacement of lost or stolen keys or locks—including incidents such as forgetting your key, theft, or loss. Coverage is limited to one incident per insured unit per calendar year, with a maximum compensation of €300.&nbsp;How to Claim Compensation Submit a damage report and apply for compensation within a year of losing your key, and make sure everything is handled before your lease ends.
