How do I order an e-invoice?

<h1><strong>Autumn Cleanup and Leaf Removal</strong></h1><p>The maintenance company handles autumn cleanup by the end of October, which includes removing leaves and debris from outdoor areas. This is done either by raking or using a leaf blower. Cleanup is timed so that most of the leaves have already fallen—ensuring the area is tidy before winter snowfall.</p><p>Removing leaves isn’t just about appearance—it plays an important role in keeping the yard safe. Wet leaves can be slippery, and snow covering them makes driveways and walkways even more hazardous.</p><h2>&nbsp;<strong>Traffic Calming Devices and Snow Poles</strong></h2><p>Any loose speed bumps or similar elements are removed from driveways for the winter. The maintenance team also installs snow poles to help guide snow removal and ensure roads and yard areas remain safe for traffic.</p><h3>&nbsp;<strong>Storing Swings and Yard Furniture</strong></h3><p>Autumn maintenance also includes storing swings and other outdoor furniture for winter. Some may wonder why swings are removed from playgrounds ahead of winter—the reason is safety.</p><p>Surfaces beneath swings, such as sand or safety mats, must remain soft and shock-absorbent to meet safety standards. In winter, these surfaces may freeze and get covered in snow, reducing their ability to cushion falls. Therefore, swings are stored away until spring returns.</p><h2>&nbsp;<strong>Report Issues to the Maintenance Company</strong></h2><p>Residents of YH Homes play an important role in maintaining the safety and comfort of the community. If you notice problems or repair needs in common areas or outdoors, notify the maintenance team. For example, broken furniture or slippery spots should be reported as soon as possible. Rising interest rates, a slowdown in construction, and cautious consumer behavior created a challenging market environment—particularly affecting demand for owner-occupied housing. At the same time, urbanization continued, and demand for affordable rental housing remained stable. In these conditions, YH Homes Group stayed true to its mission: to provide homes for good living.</p><p>Despite the difficulties in the operating environment, the Group's financial position remained stable. Our turnover grew moderately, and strong liquidity enabled long-term development. We shifted our focus toward ARA-supported housing in new construction, while the systematic maintenance and renovation of existing properties played a central role.</p><p>Enhancing the customer experience was increasingly at the core of our operations. We developed digital services and invested in interactive resident communication. Our sustainability efforts also progressed—through the EcoCompass environmental management system, we promoted energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.</p><p>Looking ahead, YH Homes will continue to focus on developing affordable housing in the Tampere and Turku regions. <h2><strong>Property Management = The Headquarters of a Housing Company</strong></h2><p>Property management ensures that the affairs of a housing company run smoothly and in compliance with the law. In practice, this involves administrative tasks such as budgeting, organizing resident meetings, maintaining apartment conditions, and communicating with residents—especially regarding faults, moves, and maintenance work. At YH Homes, property management is handled by a team of seven property managers, two technical managers, two project managers, and four customer service specialists. Each year, they handle nearly 17,000 phone calls and around 20,000 emails.</p><h3><strong>Nothing in the building goes unnoticed by property management</strong></h3><p>Day-to-day duties include coordinating renovation bids, billing for maintenance fees, managing bank accounts, and processing payments. They also maintain data about apartments and buildings. The property management office includes not just managers, but also accountants and customer service staff who assist residents with practical matters.</p><h4><strong>When your neighbor plays drums in the middle of the night</strong></h4><p>Noise is one of the most common complaints received by property managers. But hey—not all sounds should or need to be banned. Dogs bark, kids play, and someone might drill a hole in the wall. That’s everyday life.</p><p>Still, if the noise continues late or happens frequently, it's time to act:</p><ul><li>First: Talk directly to your neighbor. That often resolves things.</li><li>If that doesn’t help: Submit a written complaint to property management and specify which apartment the noise is coming from.</li><li>Important: Complaints can’t be processed without detailed information.</li><li>If you're scared or the situation feels threatening: Contact the police directly.</li></ul><p>Property management can issue a notice, send an official warning, and if necessary, take the issue to court. But that can only happen if complaints are submitted properly.</p><h3><strong>Finances and renovation projects</strong></h3><p>Property management safeguards the housing company's finances by preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and providing transparency about where rent and fees are spent. When it’s time for major renovations—like replacing the roof or renewing plumbing—project managers and technical staff handle bidding, contractors, and scheduling. Without professional management, projects can easily spiral out of control, both in scope and cost.</p>
