All residents are encouraged to check and update their contact information—especially their email address and phone number—via the resident portal as soon as possible. This ensures that everyone receives up-to-date announcements easily and promptly. You can also contact our customer service to verify your email and phone number.
'Our goal is to make communication smoother and more environmentally friendly. Digital communication allows for faster information sharing and significantly reduces paper consumption,' says Tomi Jokio, Property Director at YH Kodit.
The new practice will take effect on September 1, 2024, and we hope all residents will respond positively to the change and update their contact details without delay. Rent review letters will be sent out in October, so please contact our customer service promptly if you are unable to use digital services.
