How do I apply for a rental apartment?

<p>Apartments can be applied over 18 years old, Finnish citizens or persons who can be equated with Finnish citizens.</p><p>Some of the apartments of YH Kodit are funded by the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA). Residents are selected for these apartments according to the urgency for the apartment, assets and income.&nbsp;</p>

Who can apply for a rental apartment?

<p>ARA rental apartments have maximum limitation for wealth and income. Wealth can be for example ownership of properties, forest and shares. You can check your wealth information from <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.vero.fi/en/e-file/mytax/">oma.vero.fi</a></p><p>Maximum income limits are for some apartments. For example for one adult it is 3 540 eur per month.</p>
