Right-of-occupancy housing offers housing flexibility and the opportunity to live in your own home without a large initial capital, but at the same time residents do not have to bear the risks and responsibilities of owner-occupied housing. If you want to move out, you don't have to worry about selling the apartment. Right-of-occupancy apartments have a three-month notice period.This is how it works:<ul><li>Residents pay 10-15 percent of the total price of the apartment (+ index share) as a right-of-occupancy fee. When you move out, the housing right fee will be returned to you, checked with the construction cost index.</li><li>After the right-of-occupancy fee, the resident pays a monthly usage fee that corresponds to housing costs and maintenance costs. The queue number is applied from ARA. Applying for a number costs 10 euros and is valid for two years.
