Smart Charging Stations Available
Charging stations are implemented as smart heating poles offering a charging power of 1.8–3.7 kW, depending on the property's electrical system. This ensures flexible and safe charging that’s compatible with the building's electrical network.
How Charging Is Organized
- Shared parking areas: The charging device is part of the property’s equipment and is free of charge for residents.
- Private parking spaces: Residents are responsible for purchasing their own device, but it can be relocated when the agreement ends.
How to Order a Charging Device
- Place your order: Start with the eParking order form.
- Order review: Customer service checks electrical capacity and compatibility of the parking spot.
- Installation: Our partners carry out the installation work.
Please note: Current delivery times may be several months due to equipment availability.
Contracts and Costs
- A separate charging agreement is required with our partner, eParking.
- If your parking spot already has a Parking Energy device installed, the agreement will be made with Evenli—please contact customer service at asiakaspalvelu@yhkodit.fi.
Charging Equipment Costs
- Shared areas: The charging device is free and remains property-owned after the agreement ends.
- Private spaces: The resident pays for the device. A modification work application is required before installation and should be submitted to customer service.
Electricity Costs
- Shared areas: Charging electricity costs €0.22/kWh. The contract includes 15 kWh of electricity per parking space per month.
- Private spaces: Electricity is billed according to the resident’s own electricity contract.
