In a renovated old paint factory from 1998, there are 34 rental apartments ranging from studios to three-room units. The outdoor areas are lush and park-like. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring quiet traffic. The building includes a drying room, a laundry room, a shared sauna, and storage for personal belongings and outdoor equipment. There are 20 heated parking spaces available in the yard (€20/month). A shared car (Omago) provided by YH Kodit is also available for use on Emalikatu at an affordable price.
Public transport connections from Vernissaraitti are excellent. The center of Tampere is seven kilometers away, and the nearest grocery store is only 500 meters from the property. Harjun School and Kaarila School are located less than a kilometer away. Water charges and a 50 MT internet connection are included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The lease is indefinite.

- Single person household: 57 000 eur 
- Two person houshold: 73 000 eur 
- Three person houshold: 98 000 eur 
- Four or more persons houshold: 10 000 eur increase for each additional person in household.


The monthly income of a one-person household must not exceed 3,540 euros per month. If there is more than one adult over the age of 18 in the household, the income limit for each adult is increased by 2480 euros. If the family includes children under 18 years of age, the income limit is increased by 650 euros for the first child and 600 euros for each child.
