On Väinönkatu, there are rental apartments consisting of a variety of two-room flats in different sizes. The apartment building has an elevator. Each home includes its own sauna and balcony. Residents also have access to a private storage unit, a shared laundry room, and outdoor equipment storage.

Väinönkatu is located right next to downtown services, with a school also nearby. The area has good transport connections toward both Helsinki and Turku. Within walking distance, you’ll find Salo Sports Park, a track and field arena, ice rink, Salohalli, and a disc golf course. A golf course and excellent outdoor recreation areas are also close by. There are 4 parking spots in the garage (€55/month) and 24 outdoor parking spots with heating poles (€20/month).

The water fee is €20/person/month. A 50 Mbit/s internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The lease is valid until further notice.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and on balconies for leases signed after September 1, 2020.

Homeless and other applicants in a more urgent need, applicants with low incomes and assets are prioritised for ARA apartments. There are municipality-specific wealth limits for apartments. For example, real estate, land or housing shares that you own are counted as assets.  

Wealth limits:
- Single person household: 48 000 eur
- Two person houshold: 71 000 eur
- Three person houshold: 95 000 eur
- Four person houshold: 105 000 eur
- Five person houshold: 115 000 eur

The monthly income of a one-person household must not exceed 3,540 euros per month. If there is more than one adult over the age of 18 in the household, the income limit for each adult is increased by 2480 euros. If the family includes children under 18 years of age, the income limit is increased by 650 euros for the first child and 600 euros for each child.
