Skanssin Linna rental apartments are designed for seniors who wish to live safely and independently in their own homes while enjoying companionship and activities. The outdoor trails in the Skanssi area encourage an active lifestyle, and the nearby shopping center with its diverse services supports a smooth daily routine. Skanssi's excellent transportation connections make it easy to get around. The standard features of the apartments include venetian blinds, an elevated toilet seat, a dishwasher, and a safety stove. The shared facilities include a laundry room, a communal sauna in the courtyard, a storage room for outdoor equipment, a storage space for personal belongings, and a cozy communal living room with a kitchen located at street level in the apartment building. There are 31 parking spaces available in the parking garage, with a rental fee of €45/month.

The water advance payment is €20 per person per month, with an adjustment based on the apartment's individual water consumption made at least once a year. The rent includes a 50 Mbps internet connection. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The lease agreement is made for an indefinite period.

- Four or more persons houshold: 10 000 eur increase for each additional person in household.

The monthly income of a one-person household must not exceed 3,540 euros per month. If there is more than one adult over the age of 18 in the household, the income limit for each adult is increased by 2480 euros. If the family includes children under 18 years of age, the income limit is increased by 650 euros for the first child and 600 euros for each child.
