The apartment building at Resiinaraitti 8 offers a total of 63 rental homes, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments in various sizes. Every apartment has its own sauna and a glazed balcony. The flooring is laminate, and the bathrooms are tiled. Additional space is provided by personal storage units and outdoor equipment storage.

Excellent transport connections, nearby services, and a peaceful environment make this a highly appealing location. A gym and grocery store are located on the neighboring lot, and all of Logomo’s services are just a short walk away. The city center and market square are also within walking distance.
