The apartment building completed in 2002 at Poteronkatu 1 comprises 31 apartments, ranging from studios to three-room flats. All units include a private sauna, balcony, and storage space. The building also features a laundry room and a drying room.
The courtyard is pleasant and sheltered, making it well-suited for children. A playground and daycare are located nearby.
There are a total of 30 parking spaces: some in covered carports with doors (€30/month), and others with heating posts in the yard (€20/month).
The water fee is €20 per person per month. A 50 Mbps internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments.
 The property's elevator will be renewed in 2025.

- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony for leases signed after September 1, 2020.
