Sinisiipi, a four-story apartment building completed in 2019, is located in the Pohtola district of Tampere and offers apartments ranging from 28 m² studios to 54.5 m² two-bedroom homes. All apartments feature a glazed balcony. The rooms have stylish and durable grey vinyl flooring, and the bathrooms are tiled. Kitchen standard equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, and a ceramic cooktop (in two-bedroom units, a built-in oven and separate cooktop). There are 16 parking spaces available.

Pohtola is located in western Tampere, between Ryydynpohja and Lentävänniemi. To the south lies the Lielahti district with its wide range of services. Waterways are nearby, and the Perkiönlahti marina is just 300 meters away—perfect for boating on Lake Näsijärvi. On the other side, Ryydynpohja Bay offers year-round recreational opportunities. Several beaches are located within a one-kilometer radius.

Water advance payment: €18 per person per month. Balancing is done at least once a year.
A 10 Mbps internet connection is included in the rent.
Pets are welcome in our apartments.
The rental agreement is made for an indefinite period.
