Pohtolan Kultasiipi is a five-story apartment building offering rental homes ranging from 37.5 m² studios to 57 m² two-bedroom apartments. All apartments feature a glazed balcony for added living space. The rooms have stylish and durable grey-toned vinyl flooring. Bathrooms are finished with white and grey tiles and include both a mirror cabinet and a sink cabinet. Kitchen standard equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, and a ceramic cooktop (in two-bedroom units, a built-in oven and separate cooktop).

Pohtola is located in western Tampere, between Ryydynpohja and Lentävänniemi. To the south lies the Lielahti district with its wide range of services. The area around Päiväperhonkatu is close to the water, with the Perkiönlahti marina just 300 meters away—perfect for boating on Lake Näsijärvi. Several beaches are located within a one-kilometer radius. On the other side, Ryydynpohja Bay offers year-round recreational opportunities.

Water advance payment: €18 per person per month. Balancing is done at least once a year.
