The rowhouse property at Päivänkakkarankuja 2 offers rental homes consisting of three-room and four-room apartments. Each unit includes a private sauna and a small backyard. Each apartment has its own storage unit at the entrance, and there is a shared outdoor equipment storage room in the housing complex. A water prepayment of €20 per person per month is charged, with adjustments made at least once a year based on actual water consumption per apartment. A 50 Mbit/s internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The lease is valid until further notice.
