The rental apartments on Munterinkatu feature a dishwasher and venetian blinds. The floors are laminate and the walls are painted. Bathrooms are tiled and designed to accommodate a washer-dryer tower. Each unit includes a very spacious glazed balcony, which in summer can serve as a pleasant lounge area. The ground floor of the building offers individual storage units for each apartment, a shared sauna facility, and an outdoor equipment storage room.

The area is well-served by local amenities such as daycare centers, schools, grocery stores, and healthcare services. There are excellent nearby jogging and outdoor recreational routes. Public transport from Runosmäki to the city center runs approximately every ten minutes.

Water is billed based on actual consumption. A water prepayment of €19/person/month is charged, with adjustments made at least once a year. A 10 Mbit/s internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The lease is valid until further notice.

There are 27 parking spaces available (€10/month), though they are not equipped with heating outlets.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, on balconies, in yards, and in shared premises of the property for leases signed on or after May 18, 2022.

If there is more than one adult over the age of 18 in the household, the income limit for each adult is increased by 2480 euros. If the family includes children under 18 years of age, the income limit is increased by 650 euros for the first child and 600 euros for each child.
