Every home has its own storage unit, and the buildings also offer shared storage for outdoor equipment and a communal sauna. Daily life is made easier with a laundry room and a drying room. There are 48 parking spaces available at €20/month. A daycare center is located next door, and Ylöjärvi’s services are just a short distance away. There are also excellent transport connections to Tampere. Water is billed based on individual apartment consumption, with a monthly advance of €20 per person. Balancing is done at least once a year.
