Muinaisrannantie 3 features two residential buildings—one with four floors and the other with five. The rental apartments, consisting of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, are modern and well-equipped. Each apartment includes a spacious private balcony, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and laminate flooring in other rooms. Every home has its own storage unit, and the buildings also offer shared storage for outdoor equipment and a communal sauna. Daily life is made easier with a laundry room and a drying room. There are 48 parking spaces available at €20/month.

A daycare center is located next door, and Ylöjärvi’s services are just a short distance away. There are also excellent transport connections to Tampere.

Water is billed based on individual apartment consumption, with a monthly advance of €20 per person. Balancing is done at least once a year.
A 50 Mbps internet connection is included in the rent.
Pets are welcome in our apartments.
The rental agreement is made for an indefinite period.

Homeless and other applicants in a more urgent need, applicants with low incomes and assets are prioritised for ARA apartments. There are municipality-specific wealth limits for apartments. For example, real estate, land or housing shares that you own are counted as assets.  

Wealth limits:
- Single person household: 36 000 eur
- Two person houshold: 53 000 eur
- Three person houshold: 71 000 eur
- Four or more persons houshold: 10 000 eur increase for each additional person in household.

The monthly income of a one-person household must not exceed 3,540 euros per month. If there is more than one adult over the age of 18 in the household, the income limit for each adult is increased by 2480 euros. If the family includes children under 18 years of age, the income limit is increased by 650 euros for the first child and 600 euros for each child.
