The rental property in Hirvensalo was completed in 2014 on Arolankaari. From your doorstep, you can enjoy beautiful archipelago scenery, and the seashore is within walking distance. The apartment complex offers two-room, three-room, and four-room family apartments for rent. Each rental apartment includes a private sauna, a modern and high-quality level of equipment, and a floor plan that serves the needs of every space.

The building includes a drying room, a private storage unit for each apartment, and a shared storage space for outdoor equipment. There are 12 outdoor parking spaces with heating poles (€20/month) and 24 covered parking spaces with heating poles (€30/month) available in the yard.

The water advance payment is €20/person/month, and billing is adjusted based on individual apartment water consumption at least once a year. A 50 Mbit/s internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The rental agreement is made as an open-ended contract.

If there is more than one adult over the age of 18 in the household, the income limit for each adult is increased by 2480 euros. If the family includes children under 18 years of age, the income limit is increased by 650 euros for the first child and 600 euros for each child.
